Our magical trip to Georgia will be based in Tbilisi, the lovely old capital city. Ancient churches, monasteries, cobbled stone streets and charming architecture will come alive with street art, music, cafes and bars, funky shisha places, clubs and friendly people. A strong Asian influence comes in cahoots with European culture, creating a vibe that is unique, fun and full of energy.
Although modernization is visible, the soul of the city lies in the old town, where the zigzagging lanes, street markets, colourful houses and al fresco cafes maintain a certain charisma. Walking is the best way to explore this area and many historical structures will be found at a stone’s throw from each other. You can never do justice to the rich history and nature of Georgia in few days but you will be able to see the main highlights on this tour.
Our Favorite Itinerary for first timers
Day 1: Arrive in Tbilisi
On the first day, you’ll be traveling from Addis Ababa to Tbilisi, your flight will be connecting in one city. Upon your arrival your driver will transfer you to your hotel. You can unwind refresh and go out to meet the beautiful Tbilisi at night.
Day 2: Tbilisi City waking tour
Today, after having your breakfast at you hotel, you will be taking a walking tour of Tbilisi city to explore the fascinating landmarks and hidden gems of Tbilisi, including Metekhi Church, the Monument of Vakhtang Gorgasali, the statue of Mother of Georgia, the Narikala Fortress, and the sulfur baths district. Embark on a guided tour, ride the cable car, and taste traditional pie. Make sure you’re wearing a comfortable shoe as you’ll be on your feet a lot.

Close by lies Tbilisi Sea, a tranquil oasis, offering an escape from city life. From there, we take you on a scenic drive to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site that's as important to Georgians as it is breathtaking to behold. Day 5: Tbilisi city & return
